Is there anything really petty that really yanks your chains? What is a non earth stopping thing that sets your teeth on edge?

Here is one of mine....I hate it when people do not take the time to brush all the snow off thier car windows, and then when they are driving, it blows off thier car into the "face" of the car behind them.

Give me a break....you can buy a snow brush for less than $3.00. USE IT people!!:-5

And then there are pokey people, and there are two ways to take that people that poke you or hit you when they laugh usually on the shoulder...okay unless we are tight...ummmm me no likey....

and then there are slow people that are pokey and depending what kind of mood I am and how many people have upset me that day...depends on if I have the patience to deal with people that aren't in a hurry!!:driving:

Loud, rude and nosy people. People who have no idea how to live their own lives, and yet give everyone else directions. And women who cannot stand on their own two feet. They literall wait for a man to come along, marry them, give them cell phones and new cars. And then when the man divorces them, they are lost and go around saying....."my husband took my car away from me" and "my husband took my cell phone away from me". GOD! Get your own cell phone and learn how to afford your own car!

Lu Lu?? are you okay???

I agree with ya sista!! Ex left me high and dry with 3 kids to raise...made sure he took my cell phone and left me with a dying gas hog vehicle., and no job...3 years later, I'm still getting up without him...

I can't understand how women do that?? how do they find men to take care of them??? I've been single for 4 years now, just found a Gentleman, but never would EXPECT him to take care of me....would be nice to have someone share my life with, but won't EVER depend on a man AGAIN...EVER!!

I hate "driving" in the snow altogether, so now I don't do that anylonger!

I hate drivers that leave their "blinker" on going straight, & then there's the dufus that changes lanes or makes turns without using blinker at all!

I hate people talking on cell phone while driving!

I hate having to wait more then 15 minutes to get into a resturaunt!

I hate calling any type of business & only can to chat with an "automated" answering machine!

I hate people that always seem to know how to beat the system!

I hate people that are "overpaid" for what they do as a job!

I hate shoping for a new car!

I hate bringing the car in for repairs!

I hate making a list like this, as it could be never ending!

I do not like it when a total stranger calls me "honey" or "sweetie" or something like that. They have not asked for or earned the right to use such a familar term.

Telemarketers.

I hate seeing people multi-tasking while driving.

I read that as driving in the altogether.. which may mean something different in Oz, and in fact, it's so hot, being in the altogether has a lot going for it.

What does it for me:

Telemarketers who call just as I'm serving dinner. I answer, then just place the phone down and leave them to spiel to themselves.

People serving in shops who totally ignore you and talk to each other, or else follow you around being really really over-helpful.

Drivers who take three hours to restart their cars after a red light has gone green

Screaming kids

The bloke next door who lovingly services his motorcycle about 2am every morning.

Restaurant greeters who look at me, when I'm on the road and obviously eating alone, and ask "Just for one?"

When it's so hot that the sweat is running into my eyes as I type

Grin....

when people can't pronounce the word specific and say pacific instead.

And people that say securtary instread of secretary.

And ice being scraped off a freezer (shudder)

And sales assistants that don't talk to you - yesterday was returning an item of clothing and the girl behind the till just gestured for it, stuck out her hand for the receipt and then muttered at me to fill in my details on their docket. The only thing that stops me saying something to people like this is consideration for their feelings. But one day soon someone is going to do that and really annoy me and they'll get years of resentment right back at them!!

People who phone me up to try to sell me something and can't be bothered to get my surname right - it's not dificult it's Wills not Willis or anything else.

Telemarketers who ask how I am or how my day is - they don't care, it's not sincere.

dishonest people!!

was in a desparate situation, son needed a car...bought one from local newspaper, didn't even make it home, the guy is a "junk" dealer, does this for a living, KNEW that it wouldn't last long...used every last dime of my son's savings to buy this car to get him to work, this hapened right before Christmas, and STILL having problems with the car!! UGHHH, the man did get put in jail for illegally selling cars out of his front yard, but was able to bail himself out, but didn't have the money to give what I paid for this hunk of junk...

People who do not use the words "please" and "thank you".

I'm not supposed to lift yet the hubby and kids will walk by the basket of clean clothes a thousand times, take something out of it, then ask why I didn't ask them when I carry it upstairs. Why should I ask when they obviously KNOW it is there?

I feel your pain...kids will WALK over dirty laundry instead of picking it up and putting in basket that is right beside where they dropped the laundry to be washed!! :-5

Petty annoyance # 458 (exagerating--all in fun)

People that don't hold doors for you when they see you right behind you and let the door slam in your face (really fun when your hands are full--has happened to me before!)

Or how about paying good money to go to a concert...and the person in front or behing is singing along with everything. I mean, if I wanted to hear this person sing, I would have paid to see them sing.....but I paid to hear the person up on the stage. :-5

I hate "silver tongued" BS people!

I hate the ever rising COL!

I hate when "simple projects" around the house go wrong, & then it takes hours!

I hate my 3rd grade school teacher, who never took the time to really get to know & understand me!

I hate not being a better dancer!
