Has anyone ever been to a cirque du Soleil performance? They regularly perform at Disneyworld, and we are debating whether to put it into our plans for our trip there.

Yes, I saw Mystere in Vegas.
It's astonishing. Well worth the price of good tickets. Each show is different.

Thanks, Koan...I will discuss it with the others I am traveling with. It may well be our only opportunity to get to see a performance.

I watched a television special about them. It went through the whole rehersal process for a show...months of rehersals. It shows them going over routines over and over and over. Some who make it through auditions, drop out during rehersals , they said. It does take alot of stamina...and the ability to work together with the other performers, to the point where they are reading each others minds, in order to follow and co-ordinate the moves. Alot of work involved.

The other great thing is the music. One its not a recording its live. Live band, live vocals. And the songs are as exotic as the show. World class if you ask me. Which you didnt but there you go.
