I had a much too close encounter with a black bar when camped out in Missouri one year, Snooze. We both went our several ways, him I expect with cleaner underwear than me!!!

The same thing happened to me in Colorado. The bear decided it wanted all of my food and I decided he could have it.

Beautiful! And who wouldn't want to live in "End of the Earth?" Especially with bears?

I got out of the car for a tinkle near Wrightwood in California, then just as I started to drive off I saw a bear. I really wouldn't have wanted it tapping me on the shoulder while I had my willy hanging out

There's a fun ski slope out of the way a bit in Steamboat, CO. People who go there late in the season are warned that bears have the right of way on this slope. Very especially Mummy Bears with Cubs. And there are interesting claw marks on a few trees, in case anyone decides to test this!!!
I've been in a town in Michigan called Christmas!!! Some weird place names in America. Intercourse ?PA is another.
Of course I've heard visitors here laugh at Woooloooooomoooooloooo - then there is that Welsh village, but that was another thread.

Remember: only you can prevent forest fires.

AWWWW...how kind of tourists to bring a little liquid to our dry forests! Inefficient...but thoughtful, anyhow. :wah:
