my wife just phoned from work and asked me to bring her a pair of shoes. the "Something Else" from Skechers, she wore to work, have some type of material (almost like felt) covering the front bottom part of the shoe. she almost had a nasty fall when walking on a linoleum floor. brand new pair of shoes, she said she almost fell while wearing them a few days ago (first time she wore them) on a hardwood floor, but dismissed the slip on her "rushing around" - pass the word, i'll try e-mailing skechers to pull them from the market, before someone really gets hurt.

I've got a pair of 'something else' from sketchers.

Foam at the front half and wooden at the back.

Love them - and have never slipped/ fallen in them.
