Sommers war crimes he speaks about will detour his return to the US? Ever?

Interesting scheme. And if his story is true - will the military prosecute the individuals involved, before someone shoots Sommers.?

Scrat - so your saying perhaps there had been threats toward Sommers prior to the Bank Robbery - for what he witnessed/knew?
