I found mine again! hurrah!
I've been to the gym 5 times in the past 7 days and did a fab spinning class yesterday!
Am off again straight from work!
Hopefully I'll have lost a bit of weight this week! (I get weighed at a well known weightloss group on Tuesdays!)
Who's motivated?
Who needs a kick up the bum?

Ok - then I have four questions for you.
1 - What do you want to do?
2 - Why do you want to do it?
3 - How important is this to you?
4 - Why aren't you doing it?
Challenging, I know - but it does help to see it in writing!

Oh, yeah - the 'busy'excuse! I do that one regularly!
However, I'm sure you already know that with a big hit of endorphines in your body from exercise, you'll be brighter, and more effective in the other things that you do.
So - if you can't get down the gym until you've done the assignment, you can go up and down stairs 5 times in the morning! (honestly, it'll take you a few minutes!)

Well whatever works for you - you're obviously doing something right!
I've lost just over 3 stone now - only a little way to go, which is why I'm concentrating on general health and toning up.

As I've said to you previously - you can't be everything to everybody! You need to set aside some time for yourself hun. If you carry on like this, you're going to be the one in hospital!
When you were training regularly you had a real energy about you, which is fast on it's way out again. Please take care of yourself as well as everyone else!
Grrr! rant over!

Without knowing your circumstances, I can't possibly comment - however I had abdominal surgery in May, and once I recovered, I piled on the pounds again! That's why I'm so pleased I found my motivation again!!

Oh bless you! You should speak to Jimbo - that's what Suz is having done on Friday....
Well, once you're all up and better, there is still plenty you can do to get those endorphines going again.
best wishes and chin up!

Jimbo's fiancee (nice word, isn't it?

) is in England and will have the surgery there. He was referring to his beloved daughter Chantelle, who currently lives in CT and will soon be moving to England to be with her proud Dad :-4
