When I Hear Someone Say Life Is Hard, I'm Always Tempted To Say, Compared To What?
Life is hard. Unless you've experienced tough times, tragedy, severe life threatening illness etc... Then I guess one would need to ask.??
I've experienced too much, I've survived too much, I've learned from all.
I know everyone has a story, a divorce can be devasting to one who's never experienced anything else. A divorce is a piece of cake compared to cancer.
A divorce is a piece of cake compared to dealing with the death of a child, husband, loved one period. I've experienced all of the above..
Life is hard - compared to what ? It's all in how you handle life.. I'll survive.
