missing letters

first poster chooses a topic and a well used letter of the alphabet
next poster has to write a few lines or a paragraph on the topic without using that particular letter at all
e.g. eggs, with no "a's"
"Eggs come from chickens, we boil them, fry them, we enjoy them in different forms. Eggs seem nicer when fresh but not so nice when less fresh. I like eggs but not every time I cook myself food. Sometimes eggs evoke sickly feelings in me when I think about them."
That's a poor example but I know the rest of you could do far better.
So...next poster
Topic: mobile telephones, with no "r's"
