we did it we joined a really nice gym and today was our first workout



and it was great i think the thought of being the fatest person there was the thing that put me off , but i enjoyed it , the last time i went i was probably 30 pounds lighter ,2 years ago i used to go on this x trainer thing for an hour then do my workout this time i managed 10 minutes no workout , all the machines line up in front a mirror and where i,m tall all i could see was my purple head bobbing up and down (there is a joke there somewhere no doubt hammy, cher or suzy will lower the tone ) i then went swimming for a while went in the jaquzi with sue and feel really great we are gona get a bite to eat and chill for the day



any one else worried about joining a gym and think you will look out of place dont worry there were loads of over weight people there and i fitted right in my baggy shorts and baggy top , why is it the slimmer and fitter women are the less and less they wear some women were just wearing a bra and nickers honest , well when i get fit i have a thong a hi viz vest (tank top ) so be warned in 4 years time should my diet go acording to plan i'll be wearing it :wah:



the gym we have joined is really a posh one and most people are so far up themselves you wonder which end the have to insert their tooth brush but suzy with her beautiful features fits right in there are models tv presenters

and even a naughty film acctress here but me i fit in like a black guy at a klu klux klan convention but i really dont care i met some nice people today and if your always happy you tend to find other happy people so guys just do it you will be glad you did

i,m all ready looking forward to my next visit but i wont be airing my thong just yet for i know it will take a very long time but the longest journey starts with but a single step and today we took it
