Sorry I couldn't copy and paste it....:(

This Plan B passed for adults 18 and over, over the counter.

Under 18 with a prescription. It didn't say with parents permission either. (loop-hole maybe). I didn't see anyway.

NOW: What's your take?:-3

Is this a good thing?

Yes. It's a very good thing. There are too many irate fathers who would beat their daughter senseless for being pregnant, too many screwy parents who would be far less than supportive. 18 is old enough to be able to control your own reproduction without having to go to mom and dad for their permission.

I am concerned about requiring a scrip for under 18. What are the confidentiality laws in every state? Is there a chance a doctor could rat out an under 18 year old girl who went to him/her for help? This would be no good.

I thought it was not at all for under 16? Or am I remembering what I heard incorrectly??

18 is adult. Girls can do what they want. Younger than that, parents still have the authority to carry out their responsibilities as parents, despite rampant paranoia of those such as RedGlitter.

Not all fathers beat their daughters for getting pregnant. There are more that support thier daughter through a trying time.

Apparently we all have different experience with this. All the same, I think the passing of Plan B is a good thing and is certainly preferable to having one's uterus scraped out.

You honestly believe most fathers abuse their children????
