That's why I say don't do it. It would make for much less "product"

since the livers would be smaller... and pate would go way up in

price. That's fine, those who want it can pay that price.

I don't eat much meat anyway and I LOVE veggies so I never really miss it when I'm in vegan mode....:-6

there's a burger place here that does a really good grilled mushroom burger....:yh_drool ...now I want one!

I don't even like cow or chicken livers, no way in hell I'm gonna touch a duck's liver either.

And I agree it's cruel to force feed an animal just so you can have a nice fattened liver.
