Did anyone fall overboard?

no, but in the orientation they had me a little unsure HAH, but we had parts of the trip where we could jump into the river and ride the mild rapids for a bit, that was loads of fun, cept trying to get back in the raft, one looked much like a beached whale...

I highly reccomend it, some good thrills, though we did have in our raft 5 underage kids on board so I think our guide took a few measures to avoid about 3 of the big challenging rapids, we did get a good ride but I know with the kids with us we didn't get the same ride as the others,. I will try it again likely in June when the water is higher and way faster...

It is a lot of fun and well worth it. If you have never been I suggest you take advantage of a program that offers a slower easier ride at the start and works you up to the level 4 rapids, it just helps you feel comfortable with the raft at first because on this particular trip we worked. Some trips you sit inside the raft and you a merely a floater. We had to paddle and steer our raft and 90% of the time we are up on the edge of the raft. We did paddle in and out of the rapids with the guides direction of course but far more fun and challenging than just being a sight seer.

apparently if you fall out there is all kinds of rescue techniques and there is a good chance they can fetch you before the 500 foot waterfall drop hehehehehe
