i've been chatting with this guy as a friend to help him get thru the agony in the hospital and his pain for about a month. And 3 wks ago he didn't come online he hasn't for the past 3 wks and i just knew. I think he was sending me signs thru country music videos ( i know sounds corny lol) i love country music and so did he he was a baseball player so all thru the 3 wks i've been seeing "swing" by trace adkins and his all time favorite song which i love this song too "how do you like me now" by toby keith and then lastnight i get an an IM thru his screen name from one of his sister and it says this



J.D.: Gabby, i'm sorry to be giving you this news but, J.D. passed away back on august 1st at 12:31 am. He just had to many complications and his body just shut down on him. I know he would want you to know because he always talked to me about you and how you would talk to him and make him laugh all the time. You were a big help in making him happy just a little while he was stuck in the hospital. Thank you so much he really needed a friend being stuck in there, none of his teammates could come buy to often beings they traveled so much out of town playing baseball. GOD BLESS YOU!!! This is J.D.'s sister by the way, you were trully a friend to him and I'm glad he got to meet you even though it was a short period of time. Good bye from Elizabeth and J.D.'s whole family.

i replied saying that i was sorry and i was glad to be apart of his life but i don't know if any of his family members will get it i would of thought his brother who was always on his laptop would of sent me something but we'll see

Ah, that is sad news. It wss good you were there for him, that iswhat being a good friends truly is.:yh_flower

Aw how very sad A friend like you is often an afterthought to the family as they can get pretty wrapped up in it all. Just feel good that you were thought about when it came to your friends last days you done good.

But I'm glad his family were able to let you know so that you didn't wonder for ever and keep thinking 'what if...'.

And just because he has passed over, doesn't mean you can't still talk to him in your head or think about him. He's probably watching over you and sending you warm thoughts and wishes and will be with you for as long as you remember him.

Just saw this Pupp. So sorry for the loss of your friend. Hold on to the good memories. He will always be with you.

You did a good thing. Take comfort in that. His last days were made better because you were there. You shine.

I'm so sorry to hear your sad news, Puppgirl. Sounds like his family were glad that he had you as his friend. ((HUGS))

thanks all again he was in the hosp b/c of kidney failure. well a dare lol his buds dared him to jump to the other side of a cliff with his dirt bike he turned to gain speed on his dirt bike and there was a kid so he had to choose to purposly drop off the cliff or hit the kid (this was like 2-3 months ago) he decided to fall and he got tangled in a tree and i don't know what happened to his kidney but it was messed up so was his leg and i met him online about 2 wks into him in the hosp the first time his brother gave him a kidney he got sent home 3 days after that then that night he sneezed while on the net with me tore his stitches called 911 and from then on he lived in the hosp he was going go thru dialises (sp) but i guess that didn't happen and he gained a nickname in the hosp a nurse named him "ping-too" and i nicknamed him "depends" lol

Maybe you've got a baseball playing guardian angel now though? I've no doubt putting that lil kid's safety before his own earned him his wings! :yh_angel

My condolences to you Pup. He seems like a fantastic person to have put the kid's safety before his own. But you have been a great comfort to him in his last days and his family were kind enough to contact you and let you know. My eyes are filling up now.
