I wouldn't even let him leave food out for the cat!!
All the rodents and health hazard and lowered property values...

I've just sent that link to my sister, she has an awful problem with the lady 2 doors away,
She feeds the pidgeons 3 times daily and they live on my sisters roof, they are so bad she can't put her washing out to dry!

Every day on my way to work, I see a woman in a public park feeding seagulls with bags full of bread...how totally irresponsible
