I know that some folks here share the garden with friends and family. ...BR + Bullet, Raven+Voodoo, Nomad + laiser...etc

Is there anyone here that keeps FG a 'secret garden', a special place exclusively for their own use.

I know I do.....it's kinda my special place to come and just be ME ... :-6

Yes, it is my special garden too.

I like to come here and walk on the pathways of threads and dicuss things with my friends, stop at the Pub for a drink and a joke, and just have fun!

I like to have it all to myself :p

It is my haven, my respite from the rest of my life

Hubby doesn't have much interest in forums or the internet so it is my own special place.

I have never lied to my wife. I do at times protect her from the truth.

The garden is mine.

I am pretty much the exclusive inhabitant of the garden, from my family. I will often tell Rick about things I have read here, but other than that this is my space.

Ditto the garden is mine I tell you, mine...

I want to say it's mine, but I leave a window open to FG all the time on my computer. And I know Dave browses here when he's at my computer. :rolleyes:

Ha-I close it, or my son will play the arcade games!

I'm the only one here who has any interest in computers etc., so FG is mine, ALL MINE!!!:D

It's all mine and I like it that way!

I find myself guilty of sometimes not wanting to tell people I know from real life about the place, as I am not sure I want to share my internet haven with them. I am not sure I could be as open or comfortable if I knew someone I knew from life was reading my words.

Kim, the lady I work with joined up, but has not returned. She decided it was not for her. A small part of me was selfishly relieved, as I wanted to keep this as my place...and there are some topics I have brought up here, or commented on, that I would not have felt comfortable doing if I knew Kim was reading what I wrote. As you know, I have never written anything negative about her..but all the same, I need this place to go in my home/personal life that is not connected to my work life.

That is exactly how I feel Marie.

People at work knew I was going on the FG 'meet-up' last May. They asked me what Forum I belonged to but I never did get round to telling them :sneaky:

Right now I'm sharing it with all the other people in the Star Valley library who happen to walk by the bank of computers and look over my shoulder to see what I'm doing. Here! Stop that! My time's not up yet. (I can't wait to get home to my own private computer.)

Zapata, been there, done that here at the Greece Public Library. That is why I like a day such as today, where I have a computer station where my back is to the wall.

Once I was in the forum on a library computer, playing in the arcade. I was playing Springfield Cemetary..till I realized people walking buy could see the walking dead I was shooting. Decided to switch to poker.

My mate Hamster knows about this place as she's member too, she doesn't get too much time to spend in here though.

I speak about some of the stuff on here but Im the only one in our house to use it. When I was feeling really down a while back I started feeling a bit more sprightly thanks to the fg and a good friend asked who I had been talking to it was that obvious. I told him via email and felt really awkward about it . I did point out that I have said things on here that I havent had need to speak about to my husband. He was very nice and said he wasnt going to pry he was just curious.....nice to have a good friend like:-6 that huh.

Mine all mine but when big events happen like meet ups I share with the world.

Well, I did share it with Bullet till he got himself banned....some of you old-timers will remember how he managed that...and I still share it with my sister. (Erinna1112.) But mostly it's mine. Thank God. :sneaky:
