In the film Groundhog Day with Bill Murray & Andie MacDowell, A weatherman finds himself living the same day over and over again.

If you had to live one day or one moment OVER & OVER AGAIN....

What would it be??? :-3 & why....

I would pick being back on the road with my husband because if I could only do one thing forever then being in a truck with my husband, and driving around this beautiful country of ours is the only thing I could see doing 'forever'!! :-6

It would be June 5th, 1969. Dancing on the terrace of a beautiful hotel,

with a young man who I was madly in love with. He was wearing a white tuxedo, I was wearing a long white dress. I would want to live it over, and over again because of the incredibly wonderful way I felt, and because I lost him 20 days later, and mostly because I have longed for that feeling, all of my life.

I wanted to pick something to include the kids but it's hard to imagine 'freezing' them at any one age....:-4

That is so romantic and sad too, weeder.

May you dance with him forever in your heart.

I am not sure I have any **one** day I would want to do over and over. BUT, on the other hand, I think I would do some of the stuff Bill Murray did...just to make life more interesting. Like learning the piano. Or something really goofy.

Oh weeder hunny, that is so sad. To look back on such a beautiful moment with such sad eyes. I truly hope you get to feel that way again and it'll probably happen when you're least expecting it.

Marie, I agree with you. Just think of all the books you could read AND you could learn to play the piano AND you could try skydiving or other dangerous sports, knowing that you'll be fine! AND you could get paralytic and run around town starkers . . . and no-one would ever remember! hehehe :wah:
