There has to be some sort of adhesive to keep them on your feet...how long would that last what with hanging out on the beach, sweating, etc....I'm quite skeptical. (I bet that comes as a shock to everyone..... :yh_eyerol )

I love flip flops and wear them as long as the temperature is above 40. I don't think I could get used to flip flops that don't flip and flop when I walk.:-2

I have been up there once. About 30 miles west, and slightly north of Detroit.

Ha-I ordered a pair of them, and they are cool. They do stick to your feet and I am puttering around in the house this afternoon trying them out.
I showed them off to my husband, and asked him what he thought of my new sandals..................ha, he thought they were funny and laughed. So that made my day.

What about types of fashions that overdo one concept; like a goths kid tendency to dress in black, or a hip hop enthuiast who wears his clothes extremely baggy?

I don't like the look of it at all. If I want to go barefoot, which I do a lot, then I will. And I'd get paranoid that they'd fall off or something. I really don't think it's too much to ask to wear two little strips of rubber on your foot that usually comes with those kinds of sandals, is it? :rolleyes: And besides, they say the "sticky" goes away in about a year. Uhh.. I have sandals that have lasted a lot longer than that and are still comfy. So there.
