Who's Your Hero/Heroine

Jane Goodall.

Never heard of her? I'm not surprised. She spent the past 35+ years of her life studying chimpanzees, and ever since I learned about her as a teenager, I've always been insanely jealous of her job, living in the jungle and studying wildlife. She knows more about chimps than anyone in the world.

How some ever... best film Keanu = 'Bill and Teds Excellent Adventure'

and best film for Nicolas = 'Valley Girl'

Still cracks me up every time I watch those two movies.:wah:

Somehow, it seems like that should surprise me....but it doesn't. :yh_rotfl

Hard to place a "hero" label on an actor but I can on a character. Always looked upto Indiana Jones and Roy Hobbs (The Natural)

Jane Goodall is MY personal hero, too, and you'll be jealous to learn that I've met her THREE TIMES! She's often very ill with recurrent malaria. I was lucky enough to attend a 70th birthday bash for her a year ago and was very concerned about her health. She's a treasure....and there would be no wild chimpanzees left, had it not been for Dr. Jane!
My candle's burning at both ends, it will not last the night. But ah, my foes, and oh, my friends--It gives a lovely light!--Edna St. Vincent Millay
