Don't pinch his butt during the ceremony or while they're cutting the cake.

There are biker forums around somewhere. Maybe you could ask there. I've lived with bikers. Tacky isn't exactly a familiar word, but there is a line between fun and disrespect that you'd probably be wise to find.

I went to a Hell's Angels wedding years ago, and it was very fun and

SOME people were dressed casual but then again some weren't.



There are still money dances and even money "trees" but I don't

think you have to worry about that here. Offer to pinch Bullet's

butt, I say. You'll be the life of the party!!



Can you call some area nicer stores and ask about bridal registry?

Floppy, dress the way you think you should. If everyone else is casual, that's all right. You will look gorgeous whatever you choose.

Wal-Mart has a registry. We can get them his & hers camp chairs.

Bear in mind that sitting sidesaddle on the back of a bike restrains the driver from opening the throttle too quickly, so a long tight dress might be a clever move. If you relax later you can always hitch it up.

Yep I would have to agree, if BR said Jeans, go for Jeans. But then again if sequins and flounces float your boat.... you certainly will stand out :wah:

As for a gift, why not some kind of gift certificate from around BR's neighborhood at the bike accessory store.

Some friends of mine who already had everything got married and I hadn't got a clue what to buy. She worked in a reptile shop specializing in snakes, and he was a driver for a local undertaker. In the end I just bought them some tasteful towels with Hiss & Hearse on

Perhaps you could set up your own stand and sell t-shirts and coffee mugs between courses.

Oh, you sneaky, sneaky woman!! You could have just asked me, you know!! I don't even know if you will see this, I have no idea what your intinerary is, you may already be on your way....

First, yes, it IS casual....lots of people will be in jeans. I will be dressed up a bit for the first part of the gathering, as my Mom really wants to see me in something nice. She hasn't come out and said so, but I know her. So I'll be riding in in jeans, changing there into a dress, and changing back into jeans later in the night. Wear whatever you're comfortable in, Flops.

No, we are not registered anywhere. We have everything we need, and we want people to bring themselves, an appetite, and a thirst.

We will NOT be doing any money dances. There's too many of these guys I do NOT want to get stuck dancing with for ANY price. :sneaky:

You get a freebie to pinch Bullet's butt. Anyone else, yes, a pistol-whipping behind the punch bowl is in order.

Anyone with our club colors on you can take all the pictures of you want. When you see another club's colors on someone you want a picture of, ask. If he's got an ol' lady draped on his arm, ask HER.

There are support shirts that citizens can buy. The only thing they can't buy are shirts with the actual colors on them.

Floppy, you'll be fine. There are going to be LOTS of citizens there, most of whom have never attended a biker event before. Clubs are very forgiving of citizens who do not always know what's considered a breech of biker etiquitte. This is a family event, not a club event, even though it's being held at the house, so there's almost nothing you could do that would be frowned on. Relax, have a good time, meet some new people, eat some good food, and quit worrying. You'll be fine. If you come across a situation you just don't know what to do, find me or Bullet and ask. No big deal. It's gonna be a blast!!!

Hey gang...I talked to Floppy tonight. She got held over in Chicago, her flight cancelled, so they're catching a 7:15 Saturday morning. Bummer, I was watching for her all night while I was working, hoping to catch her before tomorrow. She is booked at the same hotel Matt's sister is in, so that's cool having everyone together.

She said they boarded the plane, sat on the tarmac for 2 hours, and then they cancelled the flight. Well, at least she got to party in Chicago for the nght.

I won't be on tomorrow much at all, but I'll pop in early and say "Neener, neener, neeeeeeener, I'm off to party!!!"
