Is there a lawyer in the house?

I have a real brain twister for someone who can help me out with a legal problem I have.

It is in regards to an arrest for a misdemeanor and a travesty and miscarriage of justice by both a prosecutor and judge. Violation of civil rights (free speech) and being convicted of an inflated charge and being railroaded , denied a hearing in open court and having a pretrial motion ignored, and MORE deliberate procedural errors.

HELP!

I'd like to do this on the QT with someone.

I talked to a lawyer's secretary and they wanted $800 which I didn't have.

The old adage comes to mind

The man who plays his own lawyer has a fool for a client!

Thank you. The county I'm in has the court appointed counsels.

I've been out of work since last June. The arraignment was in Oct. '04 when I was employed. My trial was in Sept. '05. That's when an appointment would have been made.
