This is spring so it is just getting going. Poor soil required the raised garden.

I water daily. Except this weekend. We had 3" of rain over the weeknd.

Texas Hot and dusty in between the floods.

I'll post another picture looking from the house when I get home from work. The garden is a funny shape due to my husband building a 'bungalow sized garage' in the garden.

We have a hosepipe ban here for the second year running so I have to water with buckets and a watering can. I've not put in any annuals this year or planted up any hanging baskets.....doing my bit to conserve water.....but it still looks OK although the grass is pretty brown now....a shower of rain will bring it back to life.

Great job plus excellent photo's. I personally would love to have the time to create such a lovely garden shed, but don't at the moment. Maybe in a few years time i will. For now i took the easy way out and got my garden shed and a carport from [A Moderator Regrets: text removed to purge the post of extreme but possibly innocent commercial product placement by an otherwise welcome newbie with a mere smear single post to her name]
