So here it is, Saturday morning. My day off and I have been awake since 6 AM. Go figure. Happy mothers day weekend to those who are mothers.

Monday is mu Husband Rick's birthday. We are probably going out to dinner some time this weekend. I am rather happy with the gift I got him. Found him 2 CD's he has been looking for. Got them on Amazon. It was the first time I have ever shopped with Amazon, and found it interesting, and the prices were reasonable.

So, that is the excitement of my weekend. Thrilling. Hope I have not put anyone to sleep with this post.:rolleyes:

Nope your not putting me to sleep. Tomorrow is Mother's Day and my hubby's birthday. He said his birthday trumps mother's day. :wah: Bet he still has to work tomorrow though, he's got 5 fields lined up to be sprayed, and I'm sure they'll add more today.

I found an out of production cd I had been looking for for more than 10 yrs (Brazasia by Yutaka) on Amazon. I paid for it but I got it.

What were your cd's ?

I got him two by Herb Alpert & Tijuana Brass. Got both for under $30..

Chon, the one you pictured was one I got, the other was South of the Border. Thing was, Rick had mentioned wanting one of them, and I forgot which, so being the good wife, I got both. I like the music also, so it works out well.

12 good songs on that one! He should love it!

Not an E-Bay fan but love AMAZON.COM you can find just about anything you need and the prices are extremely reasonable, I shop AMAZON all the time. Never got into the E-Bay thing just not for me I'm just to cautious I guess..
