IR reforms

Are the IR reforms going to affect you at all do you think?
Well, please keep an open mind about this.... as a Manager, I think the reforms are great. I haven't yet familiarised myself with them in great detail. We have a workshop being run on the 19th but I will post more about my thoughts after that.
As a person, I think they're hideous. I really believe it's a bad move for joe average, for job stability, for families, for single parents, and just about anyone who isn't high up the food chain.
Of course, after I'm a bit better versed in things I may change my mind completely. Stay tuned!!
