A good book for the ladies!

I just finished this and I LOVED it... it's called The Sweet Potato Queens
Book of Love! I know, it sounds funny, but trust me, these gals are
great. I'm a wannabe, fer shure!!
Anybody else read this one? Aussie Pam, it sounds right up your alley!!

Funny you should think of me with that book, Valerie. I have a girlfriend in Atlanta, GA and she obviously did too. Sent it to me.. for last Christmas. I love grandpa's advice to "be particklar"!!!
Also, of course it goes without saying, the part about how every girl MUST have five men, at least. I've seen that in other learned reference books too. In this case it's um... from memory..
the um one who makes your toes really really curl;
the one who can unblock your toilet;
the one who pays for yer skiing, mink coat, champers, etc etc;
the one who can actually dance the chacha;
the one who doesn't automatically tune out your girlish chatter;
the one with whom you can really talk about life, the universe, everything...
I'm faint at the thougth of those five blokes. Of course, it may be possible to find them all in one fabulous Mr Right:yh_rotfl
