I find them a bit intriguing, myself. So many have been proven hoaxes, but there are some they cannot explain. I love mystery, and the unexplainable.

Crop circles - what a great concept. I've seen a few round Avebury and my son collects books on them. Madly mysterious or con trick, who cares?! . My favourite of all aliens are the long slender beings in the film AI... I like to think of them coming to earth on R&R leave and creating crop circles as a relaxing meditation before heading back to whatever star wars or galaxy takeovers they normally get up to.

I just watched a program about them on tv. I've said before I think it's arrogant to think we're the only intelligence in the entire universe. What do you think about them, Six?

From whiskey and gin, even cider

Now Spot (reserved, wary, pedantic)
For our minks harbours feelings romantic
But the bishops he mentions
Have less lofty intentions
And may not let her cross the Atlantic

I'm fine!:)
It's always nice to see you!
The big mystery I wonder about in life, is why Monday mornings are always the hardest morning of the week to get the body and mind going?

The program seemed to say that the crop circles are still happening. The narrator actually called it a "season" that ends at harvest time, usually with a particularly spectacular display.

I looked it up just to make sure. It was on the National Geographic Channel, entitled "Crop Circles". Pretty imaginative, eh? :wah:
No other details, sorry, except that people that get NGC get another chance to watch it in about 2 1/2 hours.

Straight fact, from what I could tell. It addressed the bend at the node & how no person could steam thousands of stalks in the same small spot simultaneously. It also talked about the hoax of the moving lights, & how they caught the guy that did it. Yes, I'd say it was balanced.

There is a guy who posted on "rense.com" claiming a prophesy regarding a Comet which will pass near Earth on the 26th of May and 2 different crop circles. The crop circles were the same showing the position of the inner planets on a specific date except one of them was missing the "earth".
There is mention of a question from the extraterrestials. "Do you want us to reveal ourselves?"
There is talk of a fragment from the comet hitting in the Atlantic.

Kind of freaky that you Guys should be talking about this today. Last night I switched on the National Geographic channel here, and watched a repeat of the Crop Circles program. Thought it was balanced but formulaic. (Light, predictable, television jouralism). I particularly liked the poor farmer who was spitting chips about his destroyed wheat crop.

Well i don't no why but not only cropcircle makers put a lot of time in it.
Altough a lot ?, you can make them in one night with a few others.
I gues it's an ideal student joke.
And some people find a way to make money from it by selling books.
BTW the whole binary story was a very poor crap story
But it's not uncommon that people take such amounts of time in useless things for example why do some people write down virusses for computers or try to hack computers, or claim they can bend spoons.
The fact is people like to be fooled, (the magican used his powers and a nother rabit apeared...) and so some people know how to make use of it, some even for a living
