I posted a little bit about myself in the introductions section but again my name is Tamara and I am a graduate student at Emory University. I need participants to complete a survey for my thesis project. The survey is comprised of 36 questions used to gather general information about you and your knowledge, attitudes, opinions, and beliefs about the decision making process at the end of life and expectations for family involvement. The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. The survey does not ask any personal questions and is completely anonymous and confidential.

In order to complete the survey you must be:

• Age 65 and older

• Have living family

Can't help you with your survey as I don't qualify (but if I did, I'd be lucky to have got that far). i wish you the best of luck with your project.

I wish I could take part in Survey too but Im too young. I missed your introduction as well. But welcome! AND I used to live in Post Brookhaven right around the corner from Emory! I grew up in Atlanta! I left there when I was 25. Its always nice to meet a fellow native. Emory is a great school! My preist actually went there too!
