'Giving a big hug' reminds me of a Hindi movie. The hero, trying to be a doctor, tells a lady doctor that 'jadoo ki jhappi (magic hug)' can cure every problem even can cure serious patients. And he domonstrates the magic of the hug more than once. I have also experienced this magic.
