Ironically, Bullet and I are currently watching a "Law and Order" episode about an 18 year old who brutally bashed in the skull of an Asian man delivering Chinese food. He didn't have the money to pay for the food, so he bashed the guy's skull in. The DA didn't want to seek the death penalty because he's a teenager, but was basically forced to, in accordance with the law.

A crime that hideous deserves the death penalty. Dismemberment? Good Lord, this girl does not deserve to continue to live among decent humans any more.
