This is an excellent idea and I hope they introduce it to the UK.

Make them so paranoid of getting caught, that they hand themselves in.

Splendid idea and super size the pedophile ones please... this brings me to an interesting show I saw on the weekend, where they set up a pedophile "sting" where men from the internet set up to meet a minor for sex in person, and it was sick the number of perverts that came willingly to the "kids" house for sex. The investigation team and the police on the operation were amazed at it as well, get this here are 3 men that blew me away (they were arrested of course) a teacher of Jr High kids, a mimister and a current FBI agent. Yeah it wasn't some hoax this was NBC's work. One man was a previously convicted pedophile, one man was on the internet already as a warned person to not prey on kids again.
