Why ? Its a major broadcast show. Its too funny pussycat, do you have a vcr ?

Ill tape them for you but it will take a few weeks to fill a tape. I saw a PBS broadcast of a similar show set in Canada, also very funny, didnt get the name of it though.

I love The Office, the British one, i've never seen the American version.

It can be so embarassing i can barely watch whatshisname making such a fool of himself.

That was funny. Usually I have such a hard time watching Brit tv. Not sure why. I enjoy various accents but I think its the accent that makes it hard for me to watch. ??? Maybe its because I know and I know you know I know, hell we all know, that the Brits are known for stealing pies. Bunch of pie thieving remorseless oh look at me Im royal then lying about it while they have blueberry smeared all over their faces. Fess up pie stealers, then maybe Ill watch your stupid tv shows !

I must admit that certain episodes have made me laugh, but on the whole it makes me cringe. I'm not too keen on Ricky Gervaise as a person (too big headed) so that might be clouding my comedy judgement.

Most memorable episode was where they were making people redundant...look out for it.

The Office was a master class in understated delivery. I'd love dancing lessons off Ricky Gervais :wah:

His next project "Extras" was a departure from this style where he took more of a backseat allowing major stars to revel in self depracation. The Les Dennis episode was one of the funniest things I've ever seen on TV but you probably would need to be a Brit and au fait with his personal demons to fully connect. Check it out

Nomad and Ladycop, today I was watching one of my PBS stations when I saw that they are starting to show the British version of "The Office" you may want to check your PBS listings.....they will be showing two shows back to back on Friday nights here, they have also brought back "The Eastenders".........
