Why are the dogs going nuts?

Hello FG'ers,
I thought some of you would enjoy these photos. I had just dropped off my daughter at school and was heading back home. As I came down our driveway I saw the dogs inside the house going crazy. They are usually glad to see me come back - but they were barking like something or someone was on the property.
Out of the trees came a moose and trotted right in front of my truck. I waited a few minutes for it to move into the trees before I went inside to grab my camera.
Here are the shots of our three visitors this morning. It was very foggy this morning so getting a clear shot was difficult.

See, that is why you should carry a camera with you at all times!
We have elk occasionally roaming around.

Oh my God! Those are the scences that make getting up everyday such an adventure. Your a lucky man. I love the country.... so many reasons Im glad to be back in Virginia. No Moose... but the chance of Bear, deer everywhere.. fox, coyote, and of course my favorite.. baby sheep and lamb every where in spring. Thank You for sharing.
