every time an amber alert is issued an "emergency FAX" should be activated by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) - in accordance with the NALC/USPS CHILD ALERT PROGRAM, within 24 hours every Post Office in the country or within a certain district would have the photo/id info about the missing person on display. if this was done i would be willing to bet a lot more missing children would be found a lot faster
