i have heard that too much yeast in the body can create migranes? it could be from many sources, it is always recommended a yeast free diet for at least 6 weeks to see if it is food or allergy related? void one issue out before trying another...neurological testing can determine something also...sorry for the headaches, i don;t get them, not even after wine...ouch.

That'd be a YEAH bigtime...

What you are doing sounds good and I sure know what ya mean about

"catching" them... if I don't and try and be a stoic then I'm always sorry.

Only thing I can really direct you to check out is hormone levels, there is

some evidence that they can be linked to that, and I certainly find it's

true in my case.

If it's any help, I feel for ya!

I have had several migraines, but, thank God, I haven't had any for *years*.

Loopie wrote: If you suffer from them too, what have you tried that has been helpful?

Unfortunately nothing, except a dose of paracetamol, and another of aspirin,

and a few hours of suffering.

Chiropractors can be of help, with adjustments, how about body massage for relaxation? aren't migranes like a vascular disorder? I would be careful with strong medications, as a dpendency can create more migranes, you are young, get rid of those migranes now, as you get older they may hurt more and become complicated to the point of medications for a life-time, it could be from so many sources, even something simple could be creating your major headaches... :-1
