I now weigh 14st. Something will have to be done!
14 stone. HTH. I'm 6' in my socks, so need to lose a bit. What's anyone else?

I'm thinking a size 6 could not be frightfully dense.

I am frightfully dense, meself, in body. Bone, especially, had my density
checked a few years ago and it was then 21% above normal for my age
group. Prolly more than that now.
And due to all my exercise, I have very good muscle tone. Nobody would
know how much I weigh just by looking, I kid myself that I'd like to do
one of those "Guess your weight" at a fair but I always chicken out!
I am frightfully dense, meself, in body. Bone, especially, had my density

50Lbs.. you are to be commended.. that is an accomplishment. Besides re-evaluated your diet and educating yourself to what foods to eat.. what did you do for a physical fitness routine.. did you join a gym.. run.. walk.. bike.. etc... just curious.
