Refer A Friend Contest?

Hi All,
Let's get 2006 off to a cracking start. Who is interested in participating in a new contest?
We were thinking about a referral contest. That is, refer friends and have them become regular participating members here at ForumGarden.
There will be a cash prize - probably in the amount similar to the Tag Line Contest - so it could be fun!
If you like the idea, I'll setup statistic pages, referral links, etc.
Thoughts?
