It was easier to start a new thread, so when I take photos I can post them.

Here is a photo of the choir and drama from my Christmas musical this morning. It is not the best of photos, but the better of the two.

They did very well, and I was so proud of them. If you want to see me, I am front row, second to the right in the chair. I did not include my special baton the choir gave to me to direct, it was a glow in the dark one. I could conduct and they could always follow the beat even when the lights were down low for the drama sequences. Way too cool!

It is about 25 F, only going up to 30 today, with 40 mph winds this afternoon.

I went outside to shovel the porch and clear the heating unit, it was over 2 feet of drift there. I worry about the heating system staying clear and not going out, and since the kids were asleep I shovelled.

Snowman building time this afternoon.:)

With your long hair pulled back, I almost didn't recognize you! You'd look great in short hair, ever think of it?

This is baby bunny Clarke-it is still too young to be sure if it is a boy or girl. Mr. Vet said boy, vet assistants said girl. Mr. Vet said to wait and we'll find eventually anyway! But it is 4 1/2 weeks old, and very sweet. Hamilton and Clarke were good bunnies for their vet checkup.

What an adorable bun! You should call it Easter bun. Lol!

I used to keep buns. I was told to tickle their tummies, as something will pop out if it's a boy! ;)

Thank you all for your nice comments. I took my son to see the memorials, that took most of Saturday. I packed him off with friends to see a Raven's football game on Sunday, he was thrilled to see a real football game. (since he lives in L.A. where there is no football team)

We did not get to see the Smithsonian, but next time he is here, Iwill take him in all the museums, they are wonderful there.

:) ..................

It is the only pic with my son and me in it, I will have the young ones take some before he returns on Thursday.

His shadow on The Wall, he was so moved there. It was there he told me about their friend who died last week in Iraq. I can not tell you how sad I was to hear it, a young boy who ran in and out of the house playing with all my kids when they were young. It was as if this young man's spirit was there among those who had gone before him, it was more than a surreal experience.

I came home and wrote alot of poems that night about The Wall and The Memorials, I will post them one day.
