Yeah, I heard they were getting married. He was married to a woman in the 80s... I think '84. Lasted a couple of years!

Speaking of marriages, I heard on GMA yesterday that Nick & Jessica ARE actually splitsville. BUMMER! Who didn't see that coming??

I have a very sheltered life, anyway, thats a relief. Actually I had a gay friend once who went a bit mad, decided he wasn't gay, and that it was all a big 25 year long mistake, and got engaged to a girl about 3 days after meeting her. Man, that would have been the wedding of century except that about 5 months later he realized that he was in fact as gay as Christmas after all, she wasn't very happy bout it.

Singer Sir Elton John has said he plans to wed partner David Furnish in a "very low-key" civil ceremony next month with only their parents as witnesses. The couple are expected to tie the knot on 21 December, after gay civil partnerships become legal in England.

I'm a little confused here, if they're getting married in a registry office i take it

that it has now been made legal for same sex marriages in Britain

I must have missed that news!

Good luck to them both
