Hi Jas, my in-laws are like that - I never know what to get. They always say their house is too full of junk so I try to buy 'disposable' gifts eg theatre tickets for a play or a panto - doesn't have to be expensive, just a local am/dram group production. Or what about some fancy biscuits as older folks often find chocs too sweet and sickly? Or even a nice bouquet of flowers or a poinsettia (but be careful with little kiddies as they're poisonous!)
Happy shopping! :-6

My parents told me the same thing. However, it wasn't an option for me. So, one Christmas, I bought them small (just enough for 2) bottles of wine and a variety of beers (1 each) from different countries. They really enjoyed this. And I was thought of everytime they opened one of them......... Win-win for all.
