Lockhart was sentenced to life in prison -- but will be eligible for parole in 10 years. The judge also issued two no-contact for life orders between the child rapist and his victim, as well as Lockhart and his ex-wife. Cops say Lockhart now has his whole life to think about his revolting crimes -- some of the worst ever covered at AMW.

You mean if this guy acts like a model prisoner and pretends to be rehabilitated there is a chance he can get out?????? He RAPED a baby! He should be locked up for life with NO CHANCE of parole. Am I the only one that thinks this is absolute ludicrous?!?!?!

Without reading further I think the guy needs his dangly bits lopped off in a very Lorena Bobbit style.... no anisthetic.!!!!!

Unless he is put in some kind of isolation, I doubt he will live very long. Even convicted murders have some morals and they really don't like child molesters. I can't imagine how they would feel about someone who raped his own 4 month old daughter.

Even this is not enough. He would still be left with digits to use. Personally, I think he should be given a spell in a woman's prison. At least a week should do it.

Was this HIS child?? Either way, he is SICK!!!!!!!!! I agree, LD. He probably won't live very long. They hate that kind in there.

if he is not placed alone in protective custody, he will be housed with other baby rapers and sex offenders, inmates are kept with similar offenders.

I just think, somehow, this guy will be killed in prison. Is it possible that even Child Molesters have limits? Would this even gross any of them out?

P.S. When is the wedding? I just celebrated my 2 yr. Its awesome.

I think he must have been divorced and this child was his girlfriend's baby. At least that is what I gather from the America's Most Wanted website. www.amw.com

The world is full of criminals that should have never been returned to society. Would not suprise me a bit if they gave him parole.

It's so sick! People are so messed up in this world. It's a sin.

I used to work in Family Court in Philadelphia, PA, and there was a case in there where the woman was a drug addict; and she was prostituting her infant. She even brought up the fact of how infants suckle, and well, you can imagine.

I definitely believe in the death penalty for nutcases like these. Anyone that's sick enough to do something like that to an infant, fry them!

I wouldn't dare post what I would do to him.

that is absolutely disgusting. What he did, obviously and also the fact that the judge considers him appropriate for parol at some point...cases like that make you wonder just what the hell investigators would find on the judges home computer.

Yeah, we had a judge like that in England who gave really lenient sentences to paedophiles. He's in prison now.

The perfect example FOR the death penulty i think !!
