i would be interested in everyone's opinions on dealing with the type of juvenile foul-mouthed, diseased, worthless parasites on the planet such as visited FG tonight...i am a firm believer in not feeding the trolls, it is after all a reaction and attention that they crave, much like recalcitrant children. they hide behind their respective screens and spew rather unoriginal obscenities, thinking themselves very clever indeed. instead they are pathetic creatures with no reason to exist except perhaps as the porta-potty cleaners they will someday strive to emulate. i laugh when i consider that if i had the little wankers in front of me, they would wet their pants. :yh_cry the ones with the biggest mouths always do. ........how do you think they should be dealt with in the interim before they are deleted/banned?

oh how my mind does go wild with thoughts...

had to read alot of cases of the actions of psychopaths and now some of those deeds are coming back and sounding fun...

We could of course line em up and take pot shots with a turkey gun...

Or ignore em and they will hopefully sod off..

Your right. The best thing is to ignore people like this and they do get bored and go away.

But I can see how it's so tempting to respond to some of the things they are saying. we could do with some mods to sort them out.

I refuse to feed the trolls. My time is too valuable to me than to fight with nameless, faceless, little twits. They got the attention they were seeking. The little yield sign on the bottom left side of each post is to report the post. I use it a lot.

We've been pretty lucky so far. This is a pretty rare occurrence. I hope our luck continues!

BTW, all cleaned up - I hope. Let me know if I missed any posts. I also banned their IP's from using this system.

I was quite taken back when I saw the perverted posts. Being new at this forum posting, I was interested to see how this would be handled. It was a good learning experience for me and, I'm sure, others as I, like Snoozie, did not know about the alert icon.

I agree that this type of intrusion should not be acknowledged by any posting. If they do not receive any feedback, they will, hopefully, look elsewhere to ply their mischief.

This is why I feel the garden needs another moderator or two. There was a couple of posts that I really hope visitors did not read. I know if I had been checking out this site for the first time, it would have been the last. Noone can be here 24/7 to delete total ignorance and garbage, but the chances for some of the posts being seen would be cut down. I was really glad to come back and see it cleaned up.

The only real one to annoyed rather than upset me was the racist post last night, luckily nobody took the bait and answered it.

Oh great so we got hit over the weekend and an hour ago what a shame.

I think we need to award admin with medals. Horray for them. I am glad I missed it all over the weekend too. I guess my thoughts (late of course and I should take my own advise) would be, report them and then not to respond (lord give me the strenght to NOT go Far Rider on them) hehehehehehe

I missed it all too, but there was one about 5 minutes ago that lasted about3 min, no one fed it. I almost wanted to comment but didn't as that what they want.

I missed all of them......thanks admin....and thanks for pointing out the report posts button to me. I come here to visits with friends and make new ones. It is such a pleasant place to hang out and get support when it's needed.
