Keep a detailed diary, my doctors have fobbed me off over the years telling me food allergies don't exist, they are in my head.

Over a year ago I was diagnosed with a wheat allergy but I believe I'm a Celiac, I'll never get the diagnosis of it though because its too late now.

I agree with Betty, it could be food allergies. Try one thing at a time, try it for a week and keep a diary. I lucked out, I knew Celiac ran in the family so it wasn't hard for me to figure out.

I'd start with milk the first week and see if that doesn't help, then if nothing good happens, I would try the gluten-wheat, oats, bran, etc.

I do, when I can, the kids aren't too keen though My girl could hardly walk up the street earlier, I had to carry her in! It was great fun trying to get the empty wheelie bin up the street too!

Pinky if you parked your car where you parked it that weekend it would be a delightful shade of seaweed right now. :driving:
