hello everyone,

just a quick one to say im still hangin in there,

the funeral i went to was a nice but very simple service, the weather was kind to us.his wife, who is 81 next week took it very well, bless her.

it wasnt a nice way to spend my day off but i needed to get away from here for a while, no matter what the occasion. trouble is, they've only done what had to be done and now i've got to work twice as hard tomorrow to catch up.

Wow what a day yesterday.......I didn't bleedin stop. Shopping and cooking. As normal I made to much food for my guests. Oh boy we had a good time.Loads of singing. Im going away with them in couple of weeks for a few days so it should be a good laugh.

If anybody is interested by the way I have put a poem I wrote on the poetry thread. Loads seem to read the poems there but not many answer..........like here. Its a shame as you dont know their feeling about what you write but im glad to say the ones that have left a message have been quite positive. Im going to put my one on about a dog one day........but beware as I challenge you to read it without a tear or two coming to your eyes!!

I cant believe its only 6am........what the hell am I doing here this time of day:wah: oh Im going back to bed as I need my beauth sleep.........Oi I heard that!!!!!:-5 Ali Im online on MSN and you aint about grrrrrrrrr:wah: Anyway hope you all are well and I will be back later after a kipxxxxxx

yep, everything went fine, if it hadnt been for the cicumstances i was there for, it would have been a lovely day out. they've got a lovely home and grounds, loads of animals that they rescue and they make everyone feel so at home.

i just hate leaving the place and coming back to tarmac and traffic !!

I have hung my washing out, vleaned out a large cupboard to get all the bloomin fishing gear into, got 4 tops delivered from catalogue, 3 fit so not a bad day so far:wah: I have to get the spare room sorted for when my son comes home for good, we are using wardrobes and space in there at the moment for storage, but he will need it i assume, hence cleaning out of other cupboards,lol i dunno the junk we keep eh? Maybe i should send it all to Carol for her booty:wah:

evenin all,

finally me feet have touched the ground, been so busy. was proper poorly this morning, took a couple of pain killers last night and think i had some sort of reaction to them. couldnt get into work till 1pm and then only did enough to get them through tonight.

my back is very badly bruised where the door hit me on sunday, think im gonna have to go to the doctors. not going to be around long tonite, i need to get some sleep.
