Sorry...I need to rant...........I'm sick to the back teeth of Estate agents, letting agents, banks and solicitors . They charge you exhorbitant fees and give a poor service......geesh...



We are 6 weeks down the road of selling our house to our son...no hold ups from us...no chain to worry about....and guess what...a big fat NO communication from the Solicitors...don't answer e-mails. don't answer the phone... it's disgusting. They are charging us £750 for the priveledge and my son the same amount.

Letting agents....want exhorbitant rents, huge admin. fees and and don't send you all the documents you need to sign, and then claim they have.

I am so stressed out ..... I'm off to get myself a glass of wine...

I am off work tomorrow, as well as Monday...so I will have an extra long weekend.

my 3 year old has a cold and says his nose is "stuck"....:wah: :wah:

I sold one myself and all it cost was a certified public accountant to witness up sign. No lawyers or anyone. I did make one mistake. I did not know I had to charge interest by law. I sold it over a five year period at an agreed to price and I had to lower my price to accomodate my CPA so he could show my income from interest. I had to charge 6% interest.

I chatted to her today funnily enough. She says she is incredibly busy at the moment and only has time to pop in and check her messages, etc. She has loads of FG stuff to catch up on, and she misses us. :-4 :-6 :-6

I keep feeling as if I'm about to fall over and I can't remember the name of the medicine the doctor recommended last time I had this.

Was it a Z-pac? (azithromycin)
