i like most seafood too but i'm not eating a lobster, don't they have to be cooked alive? thats to much for my sensitive nature to have one of the poor things boiled alive because of me!:(

we are fine except we've been having a heat wave and the air conditioning went out right in the middle of it!

Well, I missed Chris's problem but another day for that. Kids are off school now, so I can only pop in sporadically. How was the lobster Chris? We had steamers and crab claws yesterday with fresh corn on the cob and some flank steak. Very good.:-4

Ouch the AC cut out, now that's unfortunate, and what rotten timing. We don't have AC, but we have several high powered fans that help to keep most of the house cool, and each of us is able to adjust it so that we can match whatever level of breeze we feel depending on certain things. It's really handy, because like you it's been pretty hot lately (not today mind you,) so having a cool breeze is a real benefit!

Well being the first time I've had lobster it was interesting that's for sure, hard to put my finger on it really. I think it's one of those acquired tastes, but I'll definately be trying it again!

You'll learn to love it. It can be quite sloppy when you add butter to it. So you might need a lobster bib:wah:
