What kinds of things leave you awestruck about life?

Are your initials and someone else's carved in a tree somewhere?

Have you ever eaten pine nuts?

Have you ever fallen for someone so hard you could practically taste them?

Do needles make you uncomfortable?

Have you ever given money to a homeless person?

Do you wish I'd just go the heck away already and stop with the Qs?

What's the difference between men and women? Where does the mystery come from?

When eating a baked potato do you eat the peel or not?

Would you like to see my moth when I get it? :sneaky:

Do you bruise easily?

Are you bored right now?

No,..I think class is to be courteous to others, and puting your wants after that of anyone elses needs...

Integrity and kindness is probably the single most attributes associated with class....

Apparently this is where the fun is so I'm back again!

*settling down in beanbag chair with a Slurpee*

So K...

If you found yourself (and I bet this would be highly unlikely for you but still) in a restaurant with some people who were harrassing the waitress and being crass to her, grabbing her or demanding service, what would you do?

If you were on a first or second date with someone and your date happened to have eaten SPINACH and had some stuck in her teeth, how would you handle that?

What's the riskiest thing you've ever done?

The scariest?

What is your best physical feature? (I know you- you can't say "everything!")

Yeah, mostly just taking down a telephone pole while flipping, and landing five feet from a creek upside down with power lines dangling over the car...

Well, that and hitting a tree head on after jumping a boulder and destroying the car in which set the motor back about a foot and a half into the car itself...

And some others, but they weren't nearly as bad...

So what do I have to do to pickle these eggs?

How many onions

How large a can of beets

How much vinegar and sugar

Is this for a dozen eggs?

How long do they have to sit in the pickle stuff?

How long do they keep?

A dozen eggs is good for this amount...If you only want to try them I would suggest use 6 eggs and cut the rest of the recipe in half...

Hard boil the eggs(Obviously :wah: ) and after peeling them set them aside...

Use about 2 cans(2 12 ounce cans of beets) of Beet juice(Keep the beets), and add about a half of an onion(I like to use slices because I like to eat the onions with the beets and all together with the eggs) bring them to a boil...Add 1 cup of vinegar and 1 cup of sugar...heat to a boil and when the sugar is dissolved you can add all of it together and let sit for at least two hours(The longer they set the better they are...And if you keep them refrigerated they will last up to 10 days at least)...

I eat them with the slices of beets and onions...Delicious

Well some people cook them but I've never had them cooked. So I can't answer you there. I like them raw with salt. Must have salt. Just get a turnip and wash it, then pare off the roots and the outside peel with a paring knife. Slice it up, salt it and eat it. It's kind of an earthy taste.

What else do you have besides the pickled eggs? Actually what do you eat that you know I would consider weird?

How do you feel about...

cocktail onions

garlic stuffed spanish olives

drinking dill pickle juice from the jar

Have you ever roasted garlic heads with olive oil?

You've never heard of cocktail onions? They're the kind that go in mixed drinks.

And garlic stuffed spanish olives? That's a crime!! *how can I send those* :wah:

Do you like garlic very much? At all? Roasting it mellows it out a lot and gives it a much different, nuttier taste. You take a head of garlic and slice off just the tops of each clove (leaving the head intact) then you drizzle olive oil over the cloves and you put it in a baking dish and roast it at 350 or 400, something like that, until the cloves are soft. You can pop out the cloves and spread them on bread or just eat them whole.

Ok I'm trusting you totally on the eggs. Please don't let me down.

Pinto beans, pot liquor and (sweet for you) cornbread: crap that poor people eat or nirvana on a plate?

What are your favorite comfort foods?

What do you eat when you're sick?

Potatoes O' Brien?

French onion soup loaded with cheese and a big fat crouton?

Apple pancakes?

Banana bread?

Rats. I was going to bed but now I'm serious about that snack...:wah:

:wah: "Dried up corn dust." Pot liquor (or potlikker to some) is just the broth left over that beans or greens or sometimes meat have been cooked in. You dunk the cornbread in it and eat it. It's more a southern thing.

Don't know what you mean by comfort foods...

The foods you go for when you need comforting. When you're sad or upset or off balance. If I'm sick I eat tacos or tomato soup. If I break up with someone I have to have a bowl of mashed potatoes with heaps (heaps!) of butter and salt. If I'm in love I can't eat hardly anything but cheese and crackers until I get used to being around him. Don't you have any comfort foods?

What do you put in devilled eggs? I use paprika, sugar and red wine vinegar. Sometimes a tiny bit of mustard.

Do you like radishes?

Have you eaten rabbit/lamb/duck or would you?

How about black eyed peas? What do you do to them?
