they say we've got it coming tomorrow, hope its not too bad, got to go to hospital at 4pm to have my hand checked. it dosnt happen that often where i live but when we do get it, we get it !! bodmin moor and dartmoor are usually the worst places but its really pretty to see.

we've got a drum and bass party going on upstairs, his stereo system cant cope with it cos all you can hear is the base vibrating, its bad enough down here, god knows how he can put up with it in the being in the same room !!

Well that was my last day in work till Tuesday, thank god as were having snow blizzard weather here and its difficult driving conditions.

G'day all. I was woken by a herd of kookaburras giving it all they got, and then it rained. Now heavy mist. It's after 6am and still dark. This is amazing. Where did summer suddenly go?

I can relate to the drum and bass... GRRRRR... We had an aspiring percutionist a couple of doors away - and I swear the fallout throbbing melted bone marrow. Now it's just a motorcyclist next door who is married to his machine and makes noisy love to it all hours of the night.. revving, welding, polishing.. God knows, but all with maximum decibels. I have fantasies of sneaking in and wasting the bike. I might just send it to Nomad in Outer Mongolia.

Where's my coffee ?????????????????

It should be MID summer here now, Helen. February is often the hottest month. But we're having odd weather. One of the trees in my street here in Canberra is turning slowly red.. and there's mist around this morning. I love autumn, but heck, not yet, surely. Guess you pommies had better be listening up for that first cuckoo in spring.
