Not a prob for me, I'll just stick it in the satnav, but to aim for somewhere that people can find without too much bother might be a good plan.

err. OK, not helpful, I agree.
It's where the M6 joins the M69, near enough. Close to Coventry. You see it signposted from the Fosse after Stow on the Wold, heading north.
I'll shut up, shall I?

How about if koan and I offer to put people up in Aylesbury for a as many nights as it takes?
We can manage a dozen, at a guess. You'd need to bring sleeping bags and whatever inflatable satisfies your need for comfort. Other than that, it's a base, there's a fridge for the beer, there's a wireless router for your laptops and a common computer in the main room.
We have books. Oxford is a half hour away, the Aylesbury canal is fun to walk along, the countryside is fifteen minutes walk from the door.

The following is taken from the beginning of the first post in the thread
http://www.forumgarden.com/forums/showt ... post474358
"Something which was discussed at length by delegates to the ForumGarden 2006 London Meet was a mechanism for an additional rather more structured style of debate than the existing Sub-Forums permit. I took notes and was asked to describe online at a suitable moment what were eventually formalized, and are here described, as Westcliff Rules."
------
Will there be a formal meeting in the January 2007 get-together?
Who are the delegates, and what is their mandate?
If there is to be another formal meeting, can some input mechanism - like proxy votes - be provided for supporting members (at least) who would like to be part of the decision making processes, but whose geographical locations or other circumstances make travel to the UK impracticable at this time?
