I read somewhere that a severe craving for a certain type of food can indicate a lack of whatever nutrient that food provides. I crave chocolate just about 24 hours a day. I'm rushing off to the store immediately to prevent a sudden attack of malnutrition.

I am a little cranky, so go with me ok, I bought my usual haircolor, that looks exactly like my natural, I use a wash out , THANK GOD, anyway I have med reddish brown hair, I put my haircolor on, and yep dark, burgandy purpleish, red, what ever the color they are all mixed in there, Oh , did I mention, Im not likin this color, yeah, just so you know, you CAN wash your hair 28 times like the box says , and no the color still is not out.
