Yes, gel is heated then cooled. Then you reheat the amount you want to make, adding a fragrance and color . I use a NON-POLAR fragrance oil with a Flash Point of 170Ã‚° or higher.

There are many things you have to decide on such as the size of your candle holder and the correct wick size

FYI - they are great candles - just be sure to blow them out - I understand they are volitile. They smell better than regular candles and the light is a tad bit brighter.
