My house is a christmas free zone this year. All the visitors that were invited are too strappwd for cash to travel the distance to my house. Its weird though because when i realised i wasnt to have visitors i actually instantainiously relaxed. You dont realise what stress is caused at this time of year until you dont have to do it anymore. :)

Merry Christmas to you too, Spot!

By the way, I still use the grc.com site you clued me into some time ago for when I need a new password. I'm reformed ... at least when it comes to passwords!

9 Incredible Holiday-Themed Cakes | Mental Floss

These cakes are so eye-catching! I don't have the patience or skill enough to bake most of them but that candy cane cake looks do-able and I might give it a try after Christmas.

I sometimes do this one as a Solo in our choir's Christmas Concerts.

Talking of which, we were doing some Carol Singing, raising money for Charity at Asda on Thursday. Their Butchery Department was offering 4 legs of Venison for £40. Is that really a bargain, or is it two deer?

Two deer would be £80 at this end of the country, they're very dependent. I expect your deer stand on their own two feet.
